peter and i decided to invite friends over to the apartment for a weekend brunch.

it was so nice to have everyone over and not be in a crowded restaurant.

we made quiche, potatoes, grits, biscuits, fruit salad, and we had greens from our garden.

i want to make this a monthly tradition, it was so fun.

i buy dough at my local pizza parlor... i make my own focaccia and pizza..

cook veg 

layer in pyrex dish

preheat oven

place grand biscuits on top and bake.. 

oh and add your favorite cheeses.. you can't mess it up..
